Important Notes

Trial Licences: Licences having “trial” in their names, such as the LT_NAS_Trial licence, allow users to try the DA Drive Analyzer service for free for 30 days. Each Trial License can be applied to a single user once. No credit card information is required to obtain a Trial Licence.

Limited Licences: Licences having “limited” in their names, such as the LTPC_Limited licence, allow users to use the DA Drive Analyzer service for free with reduced features.

Paid Licences Auto-Renew: Licenses that are purchased for a price will be auto-renewed at the end of their subscription period. If you do not wish to continue your license subscription, please cancel the license before the end of its current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

DA SmartQuest Standalone Mode: If you install the DA SmartQuest application in Standalone Mode rather than Cloud Mode, you will not be able to access features other than AI-generated drive failure predictions even if you are using a paid license such as LTPC. This is a necessary limitation of the Standalone Mode. To access the full set of DA Drive Analyzer features while using DA SmartQuest, please install the application in Cloud Mode.
