Important Notes

Trial Licenses: Licenses having “trial” in their names, such as the LT_NAS_Trial license, allow users to try the DA Drive Analyzer service for free for 30 days. Each Trial License can be applied to a single user once. No credit card information is required to obtain a Trial License.

Limited Licences: Licences having “limited” in their names, such as the LTPC_Limited licence, allow users to use the DA Drive Analyzer service for free with reduced features.

Paid License Auto-Renew: Licenses that are purchased for a price will be auto-renewed at the end of their subscription period. If you do not wish to continue your license subscription, please cancel the license before the end of its current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

Refunds: Paid licenses purchased from this page may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a refund. To do so, please deactivate your paid license from your computer or NAS device, and then contact our customer support at da.support@ulinktech.com to let them know that you would like to cancel your paid license for a refund. In the cancellation email, please include the email address used during the license purchase, the order number, and the reason for the refund request.

DA SmartQuest Standalone Mode: If you install the DA SmartQuest application in Standalone Mode rather than Cloud Mode, you will not be able to access features other than AI-generated drive failure predictions even if you are using a paid license such as LTPC. This is a necessary limitation of the Standalone Mode. To access the full set of DA Drive Analyzer features while using DA SmartQuest, please install the application in Cloud Mode.
