Once installed via App Central, it runs automatically in the background with no manual configuration or regular check-ins required. The application shows the health status of every drive in your NAS and the physical location of any drive showing signs of deterioration.

For small businesses and teams, drive health visibility can also be shared with other people. Users with ULINK accounts can be added as Viewers, allowing them to log into DA Portal and view your ASUSTOR NAS drives’ health status without requiring direct access to the NAS itself. This is useful when a service provider or IT consultant needs to stay informed without being on-site.
