DA Portal
Central Dashboard for Drive Health Intelligence
Secure, web-based dashboard providing licensed DA Drive Analyzer users with complete, system-wide view of drive health, predictions, and alerts.
Your Unified View of Drive Health
DA Portal is DA Drive Analyzer in the form of an online dashboard.
It allows users to:
Centralized Visibility Across Systems
Track the health of multiple systems, drive enclosures, and user accounts from a single web interface.
NAS Systems
QNAP, ASUSTOR, and more
Windows and MAC PCs
Desktop & workstations
Mixed Storage
HDDs, SSDs, and hybrid
Multi-Host
One account, all systems
Powerful Features
Everything you need to monitor and protect your storage infrastructure.
AI-Generated Predictions
See which drives are healthy, at moderate risk, or at severe risk — and track prediction changes over time.
Alert History
Track when alerts were triggered and how drive health has evolved across your entire infrastructure.
Detailed Health Metrics
Access SMART attributes plus additional drive health data not covered by SMART alone.
Symptom Radar Chart
Visualize failing drive symptoms across key categories with AI-powered analysis.
Email Notifications
Configure alerts so you're notified when drives experience problems or are predicted to fail.
Data Export
Export drive health data as CSV for further analysis and reporting.

Three Independent Warning Systems
DA Portal displays alerts generated by three different mechanisms
AI-Based Predictions
Predictions labeled Healthy, Moderate Risk, or Severe Risk based on machine-learning analysis.
Fault Alerts
Alerts issued directly by the NAS system (available on supported NAS platforms such as QNAP).
Threshold-Based Alerts
Alerts triggered when specific drive health metrics cross expert-defined thresholds.
Independent Alert Generation
Each alert type is generated independently. A drive may receive one type of alert without receiving others.
Where to Find Alerts
All Systems View
Displays AI-based predictions, fault alerts, and overall drive status across all systems.
Slot View → Threshold Alerts
Displays threshold-based alerts and the symptoms that triggered them.
What To Do When a Drive Is At Risk
Moderate or Severe Risk Detection
Back up the drive's data immediately and prepare a replacement drive if the data is critical.
Threshold Alerts
Help explore underlying causes (e.g., ASR events may indicate SATA connection issues)
Fault Alerts
Reflect errors detected by the NAS itself, provided for reference
Investigating At-Risk Drives
Navigate to the at-risk drive in DA Portal
Open the Threshold-Based Alerts tab
Review current values and recent changes for each symptom
Note
Symptoms that recently crossed thresholds are marked with an orange trend indicator.
Additional Insight
The Operating Summary tab reveals additional information such as drive temperature, age, and usage characteristics.
Export Table Feature
Export the last seven days of drive health data as a CSV file delivered to your contact email.
Exported Data Includes
-
AI-based drive health predictions
-
Key drive performance and health metrics

Help & FAQs
Why do graphs show dotted lines?
Dotted lines indicate unavailable data, which may occur if a system is powered off or if there are temporary connectivity issues.
What do drive symptoms mean?
Look up symptom definitions using the Help Search Bar or visit the DA Help Center.
Where are NAS-detected faults?
Faulty drives detected by supported NAS systems appear alongside AI-based predictions and threshold alerts.
